Being a proudly Indigenous owned and operated company, DICE also strives to create positive employment outcomes for ATSI employees, in line with State and Federal Government ATSI employment initiatives.
DICE personnel are engaged in projects within Indigenous Communities daily. This requires our personnel to be sensitive to cultural differences, beliefs and traditions. DICE recognises the importance of conducting ourselves within the Communities in a respectful, sensitive and professional manner.
DICE values the involvement, opinion and contribution of Indigenous people on projects within their own Communities, and endeavour to engage other Indigenous owned and operated companies wherever possible. This collaboration contributes to the philosophy of the company, which is to value the contribution indigenous people bring to the business, and thus contributing to the prosperity of the wider Indigenous community as a whole.
